直接安装这个安装包的话第二步进行不下去，因为第二步要升级NX7.5.5_MP12_Win64的话，NX当前版本必须是7.5.5.4（The installed NX version must be: 7.5.5.4），所以还是先去将NX7.5.5.4的升级包下回来先升级成NX7.5.5.4再说，否则升级不成功。它这个的标题应该是搞错了，应该是NX7.5.5.5_MP12才对，不是NX7.5.5.4_MP12。我用这个安装包中的nx-7.5.5.4.mp12.README.htm文件查看了这个版本是Maintenance Pack 12 for NX 7.5.5（NX7.5.5.5_MP12）

We are pleased to inform you that fixes are available for the problems listed below.  A maintenance pack (MP12), built for installation on top of Windows 32, Windows 64 and Linux 64 images of NX 7.5.5, can now be downloaded from the Siemens PLM Download server.  This maintenance pack fixes an accumulation of problems listed in the table below.

The maintenance pack (MP2) adds Teamcenter Integration for NX support for Teamcenter 9.1.  See Note for MP2 update below for an additional step recommended to avoid problems with your Java applications due to the installation of new version soa jar files.
